I am an experienced Chartered Clinical Psychologist and BABCP-accredited Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist with over 15 years' experience helping clients to overcome psychological difficulties and improve their mental well-being.

MY APPROACH
Drawing on a number of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), my approach is warm, empathic and collaborative. We work together to help you to improve your mental well-being and begin to thrive.
